Overview
KuvviEPOS is a fully-featured electronic point of sale platform, designed to allow you to offer Kuvvi services over the telephone and in a retail outlet such as a gift shop.
It is an easy to deploy turnkey system that consists of a web-enabled PC with integrated touchscreen, barcode reader, cash-drawer and printer.
KuvviEPOS can be used at your attraction to allow the processing of sponsorships and memberships, and the sale of events and entry tickets. It will even create personalised photographic membership cards and other collateral for immediate issue.
You can also use KuvviEPOS to allow supporters to buy and renew annual items such as memberships over the telephone.
KuvviEPOS is completely integrated with KuvviSponsor, KuvviMember, KuvviEvent and KuvviTicket. It’s the perfect way to extend the reach of the most sophisticated web-based fund-raising system into your day to day operation. For a complete solution it can also be deployed at entry points to validate ticket sales and membership cards.
KuvviEPOS is a secure and compact system that is very robust and will continue to process transactions, even if your internet connection lets you down.
KuvviEPOS must be deployed in combination with at least one other Kuvvi service and is due for release in October 2010.

FAQs
Can I use purchaser information for marketing campaigns and if so, how?
Details of each transaction are stored and you can export in MS Excel format. You can then import this data into MS Office so you can run offline marketing campaigns, or upload email addresses into your favourite email bulletin software.
Is on-going technical support part of the package?
We handle configuration, deployment, hosting and technical support for you and your customers.
Is personal data in Kuvvi secure?
Personal information such as address details are stored by Kuvvi but accessible only to named system administrators at the customer organisation (who are required to login to the system to view this kind of data).
Is the financial information in Kuvvi secure?
Credit card payments are handled by a third-party service such as WorldPay or Paypal so financial information is never stored by Kuvvi.
Kuvvi would really help us raise revenue from supporters. But will the payments go straight into our bank account?
Yes. Any revenue generated from supporters would go directly into your account and we'd invoice you every month at a pre-agreed level of commission.
What about marketing materials for places like point of sale? Where do those come from?
We will produce a selection of marketing materials for your use. This might include banner adverts for your website, flyers, posters and postcards.
