How it works

Step 1

You pay 5% of your booking cost

One flat fee applies to your whole group. For example, $1000 stay: you pay $50.

If approved, usually within 48 hours, you’ll be reimbursed up to 120% of the cost of your stay.

FAQs

Is Kuvvi the same as travel insurance?

No. Travel insurance covers your trip getting there and back, possibly including things like baggage, travel delay and medical expenses. Kuvvi protects the vacation rental stay, so you don’t face any unpleasant costs when things go when. Read the full T&Cs.

What do I need to provide when things go wrong?

Tell us what happened – when, where, and what went wrong. We’ll get back to you within 30 minutes.

How fast do I get paid back?

We usually send you the money within 48 hours of approval, at maximum within 3-5 business days of the submission.

What’s the most I can get back?

You’re protected up to 120% of the cost of your stay. For example, if you’ve paid for a $2500 villa and the place is uninhabitable, we’ll protect you for up to $3000 to reimburse any added costs, including travel to your new accommodation.
